Campus Culture Shift.
An interconnected hive of students, student groups, and student unions.
Made for students, by students.
Our Mission
There are hundreds of clubs operating at universities each year, but the information students need is often scattered across emails, posters, social media, and outdated platforms.
ClubHive was created to reduce that fragmentation through one centralized platform that prioritizes ease of use, ease of discovery, and ease of engagement for students, clubs, and student associations alike.
Discover opportunities faster and stay connected to the events, groups, and experiences that shape campus life.
Improve visibility, streamline communication, and reach more students through one organized hub.
Create a more connected ecosystem between students, student groups, and student unions.
What We Learned
Through national survey findings and direct stakeholder feedback, one thing became clear: campus involvement is valuable, but access to it is still far too scattered.
90%
of students said a centralized platform for campus opportunities would be helpful.
70%
of students missed events they were interested in simply because they did not know they were happening.
65%
said they often do not know what is happening on campus.
Our Journey So Far
ClubHive began over 18 months ago with a simple conversation between co-founders Sara and Eva, who shared the same frustration: getting involved on campus should not be this hard.
That early idea evolved through market validation, stakeholder consultations, research, and multiple rounds of user testing. Each stage helped shape a platform designed around real student and club needs, not assumptions.
Today, ClubHive is actively beta-testing its MVP and exploring partnership opportunities for the upcoming academic year, beginning with McMaster as the initial launch market and a long-term vision to scale beyond.

ClubHive was built by students who understand the gaps in campus engagement firsthand.
